I need to Add/Update/Delete Record in SharePoint List Via Excel Workbook
We have an Excel Workbook that calculate Salary with a complex Formula
I want to use Excel Workbook for input data and calculate them then when I hit Save / Or Something , my SharePoint List that Connected/Linked to my Excel Workbook get updated.
Is it even possible? or I must planning for implementing Web Access or Some CustomList?

We use the standard Agenda webpart. It is a basically a document list. We have versioning turned on. We want to look at the agenda as it was on a particular date. We would like to do this in one action as opposed to reverting all of the individual agenda items to that date individually to create the view. Has anyone done that? Thanks.

I have an InfoPath form template published to a SharePoint site. On the form, I have on version change set to "Auto upgrade" and it works 99% of the time. However, occassionally, the end user will get the Form Template Conflict prompt and will have to choose to keep or replace the form. I have educated them to always select "replace" however there are some users that still keep. I update the dates on the form each week, so it is necessary that they replace.
Any ideas on what could be causing the form to not auto-upgrade? I have not found any consistency on users getting the prompt, seems to be random.
Can someone explain me if it is possible to filter a content query webpart based on the value of a Page field.
I want to get the following done:
Make a Page layout in Sharepoint Designer.
Add a Content query webpart as a control in the pagelayout file.
The Content query webpart shows a custom list.
The content query webpart must be filtered.
Option 1:
Can I filter based on a metadata field of the Page ?
How do I get the value of the metadata field into my Content query webpart ?
Option2:
Can I filter based on a Page Field that exists on the same page as the Content query webpart ?
How do I get the value of the PageField into my Content query webpart ?
Option 3
Are there any other ways of dynamic filtering the content query webpart?
And without coding your own controls ?

I have an old Designer-created custom workflow that required the addition of a new condition/action. I edited it and when I clicked the Finish button, I received: Unexpected error on server associating the workflow .
I tried adding the timeout attribute in the web.config that I have seen mentioned in articles on the web, but no luck. I see no other solutions suggested. Anyone have any idea how I might get past this?

I have read a few postings regarding my questions but I am still not sure how to modify the code for my use.
I have a date column [DateOut] that I want to use for some conditional formatting in SPD. Basically if an list item where the [Current Date] is 50 days after the [DateOut] then format. I can set the formatting just can't figure how to add/minus the 50 days against the [Current Date] or [DateOut].
eg
If [DateOut] < [Current Date] - 50 days, then format.
I have read similar articles but can't get it right.

I would just like to inquire if this is possible, and if so please advise.
I want to create a new list called "Yearly Project Dashboard." I already created a "Monthly Project Dashboard". I want to export data from the columns Project name and Project Manager from Monthly Project Dashboard and then import that onto the new Yearly Project Dashboard.
I tried using the look up funtion but that would require using a drop down list to fill it in. I want both the Project Name and the Project Manager to be prepopulated and on the same row - aligning with their respective projects and project managers.

I need my published infopath form to do the following
When a date is selected I need the infopath to look up the date in a SharePoint list a return a vaule.
The list will contain date intervals (from, to) and each interval will have a period assigned to it
eg
Enter 19/04/2013 in date field
info path query sharepoint list (01/04/2013, 27/04/2013)=Period 1
Period field returns value=Period 1

Hello,
I have a parent site and a sub site. Both parent and sub site are having different document library associated with different workflows. .udcx files are stored in parent site's data connection Library.
Using MOSS 2007+Nintex 2007+Infopath
Issue:
For Subsite everything is working fine. When I submit infopath form workflow triggers and document getting stored in corresponding doc lib of subsite.
But When I submit form from parent site, instead of going to parent site's doc lib its getting stored in sub site's doc lib.
I have 2 udcx file viz. SharepointLibrarySubmit.udcx for parent site and sub site.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I want to be abke to display all tasks (workflow & non-workflow) that are assigned to a particular user.
As an example, I click down from my top-level site to a team site and then to a document workspace. On the document workspace an approval workflow is kicked off. I want the user is is assigned the task in the workflow to see it as soon as they view their tasks from the team site. Currently it does not show up there. Even when I log in as a Site Owner and View all Tasks, I cannot get it get to show up on any view. I have to drilldown to the document workspace and click tasks to see it. Is there a way to see it from a higher level site?
